Plaster Prime
Water and Oil based plaster primers, used to protect cement plastered walls that was never painted against water damage. It is also useful to protect the paint texture against chemicals in the cement. You don’t need to use “first coat” (PVA Contractors) if you already applied plaster primer to your cement walls. It is manufactured in white.
